Loading a configuration

Prerequisite for this job is to perform Save a configuration job.

Note All the Configuration Manager functionalities can be accessed from ToolsConfiguration Manager..., when no document is open.

1. Start the Load command. A browser window will be displayed, as shown in the figure.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter Sample.t3c for File name or select it from the browser window.
   
   
3. Click Open to load the selected configuration. The program prompts for an explicit Reset operation, as shown in the image below:
   
   
   When you select Yes or No, the following warning message is displayed, "To apply the loaded configuration, exit from and start it again. Exit now?"
   
   
   • When you click Yes, the program first resets the current configuration and then applies the loaded new configuration on re-starting the application. (Here the Reset functionality allows you to realize the switch occurring from the current to the loaded configuration).
   • When you click No, the program overwrites the current configuration with the new configuration settings.
   
   
   
4. Click Yes, to exit the application and load the new configuration.
