The Zoom Scale command sets the zoom magnification so that the model is displayed in a realistic 1:1 scale.
For example, if you draw a 10x5 rectangle and the current unit of measure is mm, when you select the Zoom Scale command you rectangle will be displayed on the screen with its real sizes of 10 mm by 5 mm.
The command is not be used in perspective views.
