Cut command enables you to cut a reference from one index or category to another.The command is available in the context menu on right clicking on an index or catalog listed in the browser frame of the Catalog Browser or Catalog Manager.
When the command is started the reference in the source object is deleted and you can paste it into the target object using the References
Paste command.
