Copying and Pasting a Button

You can copy a button from one toolbar and paste it to another.

To copy a button, do the following:

1. Select ToolsCustomize from the menu bar to open the Customize dialog box.
2. Move the mouse pointer onto the button you want to copy.
3. Right-click and choose Copy from the toolbar popup.

To paste the button you have just copied, do the following:

1. Move the mouse pointer onto the toolbar you want to paste the button to.
2. Right-click and choose Paste from the toolbar popup.

The button is pasted in the selected toolbar, as shown below.
