Removing filleted faces from a solid to create rips

Suppose you have a shelled solid to unbend and you need to create rips on edges that have already been filleted. Start the Face Rip command and proceed as follows.
 

1	Select each of the filleted faces to be removed: Then select the planar face in the following illustration: To change the selected faces, right-click on Faces, choose Reset in the context menu and perform selection again.
2	Click or to confirm your selections and remove the faces. Click to discard your changes.
