The controls in this area determine the Pan, Zoom and Rotation actions. You can enable or disable the action.
The action is enabled when its corresponding check box is selected.
You can also adjust the sensitivity (speed) of the action. Values less than 1 reduce sensitivity; values greater than 1 increase sensitivity.
