Modify MeshRemove Facets

The Remove Facets command enables you to remove some facets from a triangular mesh.

After starting the command, select the facets of the mesh you wish to remove.

You can specify what to do with the original mesh. In the Base Entities drop-down list, select one of the following:

• Modify — to apply the changes to the original mesh.
  
• Hide — to hide the original mesh, though keeping it in the model.
  
• Keep — to keep the original mesh, leaving it visible.
