The Search Knowledge Base command enables you to access think3's knowledge base search page in the Customer Care's Web site.
Supply your personal account to sign in.
From this page, you can:
- Perform a Quick Search just by specifying words to be searched for.
- Perform an Advanced Search in the knowledge base by using keywords, dates and subjects.
- Perform a Search by Subject that will display all article subjects.
- Jump to an article: if you know the number associated with an article, you can open it just by specifying its number.
