The following options are available under More Options.

Angle Enables you to enter the angle of the text relative to the X-axis (positive counter-clockwise).
Height Enables you to modify the height of the text characters.
Plane Enables you to choose the plane onto which you want the text to be inserted (Work Plane, View, World). This option is available only in the 3D environment.
